When my boyfriend and I moved in together, I knew we would be on a tight decor budget because we just recently passed the bar and are first year attorneys. I decided I would make it my mission to outfit our little Miracle Mile apartment with tons of funky finds from The Melrose Trading Post, Etsy and of course, Ikea + TJ Maxx.
By far, my favorite place to find unique pieces for our apartment is the infamous Melrose Trading Post in West Hollywood. Every time we go we find something we can't live without - and truth be told, it feels like some sort of super cool treasure hunt to see who can find the best piece. We always get brunch first, load up on iced coffee, and spend a few hours exploring the flea market - it's the very best way to spend a Sunday.
Here are a few of the little treasures we've found there laying around the apartment! What is the best score you've ever found at a flea market?
Vintage Brass Pig (Melrose Trading Post)
Glitter Frame (Gift)
Vase / Tumbler (West Elm)
Faux Peonies (Ikea)
Vintage Whisky Box (Melrose Trading Post)
Vintage Fabric Camels (Melrose Trading Post)
Vintage Fabric Horse (Melrose Trading Post)
